MOVING INTO ORGANIC

From vintage 2015 La Zerba has turned to organic cultivation in all its vineyards. For several years we have carried out only mechanical weeding, and fertilized with organic manure and cover crop.

The harvest, rigorously done by hand, takes place in special baskets to safeguard the quality of the grapes. Once at the winery, grapes are pressed and the phase of vinification begins.
